Processing and Shipping Times

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed.

  • Shipping Times: Delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and destination:

    • USPS Ground Advantage: Typically 2-5 business days.

    • USPS Priority Mail: Typically 1-3 business days.

    • USPS Priority Mail Express: Overnight

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package’s progress.

Eco-Friendly Packaging

We prioritize sustainability and use eco-friendly, biodegradable packaging materials whenever possible. We strive to minimize plastic usage in our packaging to reduce environmental impact.

Shipping Methods and Rates

  • We offer shipping through USPS using ground advantage, priority, and priority mail express. Rates are calculated based on:

    • Package weight, height, length, and width.

    • Delivery location.

  • We do not add markups to shipping costs; you pay the exact rate calculated by USPS.

By placing an order on our site, you (the "customer") agree to the following:

  • Compliance with Shipping Laws: All shipments comply with federal, state, and local shipping regulations. Certain items may have restrictions or require additional documentation for shipping within specific states or territories.

  • Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information, including your name, address, and contact details, at the time of purchase. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delivery delays, misplaced shipments, or additional fees.

  • Responsibility for Errors: If incorrect information is provided and the shipment is delayed, lost, or delivered to the wrong address, Mabuhay Artistry LLC is not liable for replacing or refunding the order.

Limitations and Responsibilities

  • Lost or Damaged Packages: We are not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged, or delayed due to USPS handling.

  • Stolen Packages: We are not liable for packages stolen after delivery.

  • Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for misplaced or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided at checkout is inaccurate. Please double-check your address before placing an order.

No International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be shipped to addresses within the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories.

Local delivery & Pick up

  • Local Delivery is available to a select few area codes

    • Flat rate of $2.99 where Miss Mabuhay will be personally delivering your package. Our delivery hours are Monday-Friday from 10AM-12PM.

      We will contact you personally regarding your preferred delivery time.

  • Pickup is available & we will contact you regarding preferred pick-up time

    • I am a home-based business and artist

    • Pick-up Hours: Monday-Friday: 9AM-12PM

      • Prior to picking up your order, please wait for the “order is ready” email before coming in. We will be posting updates on instagram regarding this option, if needed.
